By accessing and using CVify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CVify provides job seekers with tools to create, edit, and download ATS-friendly resumes. Additionally, we provide a SaaS dashboard for recruiters to source talent. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Uploading falsified resumes or malicious files.
• Attempting to scrape or reverse engineer the recruiter dashboard data.
• Using the service to distribute spam or unauthorized advertising.

4. Intellectual Property

The generated resumes belong to you. However, the templates, designs, ATS scanning algorithms, and recruiter dashboard interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of CVify.
